Things are changing at Animal Planet and it's all starting with the logo. Gone is the distinguished elephant, replaced by a "funky" more wild font (at least circa Wordperfect 1993).
The logo ties in with their switch from cute and cuddly to ravenous and fierce. Think sharks ramming boats, lions eating gazelles, and 10-hour blocks of Meerkat Manor. I guess domesticated animals just aren't cutting it anymore.
And yes, this means the Puppy Bowl is old news. What's this world coming to?
